The KAS team is small, and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment on all original artwork inside of the US, and 4-6 weeks worldwide.

We currently ship Worldwide, using DHL and FedEx.

Shipping inside the US is free :)

International shipping costs calculated at checkout.

All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure your items arrive as safely as possible.

Katie Scofield Art offers installment payments so you can enjoy your new piece of art while you pay it off.

After the first payment on your installment plan is received, we will process your order and ship it to you. You do not have to pay in full before receiving your artwork. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping in the US, 4-6 weeks worldwide.

SHOP PAY:

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 20,000 USD. Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments. 

  • For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
  • For orders between 150 USD to 20,000 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.

After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

enjoy the flexibility of 6, 12, or 24 month payment plans, $0 down, no signup or late fees.

Yes.

VAT (value added tax) is included at checkout, however any other applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. 

The KAS studio is based in Seattle, WA and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. As long as the item returns in its original condition/packaging, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the cost of shipping).

Original paintings are professionally packaged: wrapped in acid-free paper, packaged with bubble wrap for extra protection, and shipped in a custom wooden crate.

We take pride in packaging your order with care. Please note, we check all products before they are packaged and shipped, therefore we are not liable for any damage that occurs during or after transport.

Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team (support@katiescofield.com) within 48 hours of purchasing in order to receive a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email the following information to support@katiescofield.com within 24 hours:

-customer full name and order number (found on your confirmation email)

-photo of damaged shipping box

-photo of damaged item

We will determine the next step upon reviewing your email- as all original artworks are one of a kind, therefore not replaceable.
