I’m turning the pages of my diary into a book: a collection of poems, journal entries, from 2014 to now.

It is the story of my healing journey- finding my way back to myself through love, forgiveness, and most importantly radical acceptance.

It’s going to be raw. Vulnerable. Honest.

The kind of honesty some might consider to be oversharing, but my Audhd brain sees it as the entry to deep connection.

I believe vulnerability will save the world.
